The FIGHTFiiT approach is designed to elevate your physical and mental game. Since inception in 2017, FIGHTFiiT has helped hundreds of people over tens of thousands of hours be better fighters, better athletes and better performers in all areas of their lives

 

Offering a dynamic range of programs and personalised coaching techniques in the heart of Glasgow and Edinburgh and online across the world, I ensure every session enhances your skills and fitness. Join me to develop your understanding of combat sports and level up your approach to improving, training, and developing your game

The techniques I teach come from various combat sports like Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Catch Wrestling, Judo, and Taekwondo. Next we blend them together in a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) style. This approach benefits people from beginners to amateur to professional fighters.

 

I've studied and taught my whole life and have extensive knowledge of people, training methods, performance, psychology and MMA, which allow me to teach and reach people to be better in a way they understand.

About Greig

Hello, I'm Greig Stirling and I am all things FIGHTFiiT.
 

FIGHTFiiT was started in 2018 that's when I got the balls to fully commit, but it was in my heart and my head from 2017.

 

I have a lifetime of sports, health and fitness behind me so starting FIGHTFiiT felt like a natural progression for me. I love combat sports in particular and after many years of training I felt sure I could teach people, Improve all aspects of their game, and share my passion and knowledge with them. 

 

FIGHTFiiT started in locations in Glasgow and quickly spread to Edinburgh, as my reputation grew I began having requests to travel to other cities and countries. FIGHTFiiT has grown ever since. I now offer a fully comprehensive list of services which utilise all of my skills, knowledge and expertise, both online and in person

 

I'm fortunate to have training partners worldwide from all walks of life — business professionals and entrepreneurs to parents and students. What unites us is a drive to get better, learn more and have fun while we do it.

  • Do I need any previous experience to join FIGHTFiiT?
    No previous experience is necessary. I have years experience and will customising your training based on your current fitness level and experience.

    Each session is tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of my training partners, incorporating elements like technique training, strength conditioning, speed training, mindset, and strategy development.
  • Where are FIGHTFiiT training sessions held?
    Training sessions are held at outside locations in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and I also offer online training sessions for clients worldwide.
  • What do I need to bring to my first training session?
    You should bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. I will provide any specific gear needed for the day's activities.
  • How long are the training sessions at FIGHTFiiT?
    Training sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the program and your personal fitness goals.
  • Can I try a session before I commit to a program?
    Yes, I offer trial sessions for new training partners to experience my training style and meet me before we start our progress properly.

    Yes, FIGHTFiiT offers advanced programs that focus on high-level techniques and competition preparation for experienced fighters, I deep dive into each fighters game and schedule and find all the places to make all the improvements I can.
  • What is the cancellation policy for FIGHTFiiT sessions?
    Sessions require a 24-hour notice for session cancellations. Training Partners can reschedule their sessions based on availability.
